Highfield Hall & Gardens introduces Yoga at Highfield,

Highfield Hall & Gardens is pleased to announce Yoga at Highfield, presented by innerglow yoga. Join Kirsten van der Bil, certified and longtime instructor of innerglow yoga, for yoga on the lawn. Students will enjoy a relaxing and revitalizing session in the Highfield Gardens overlooking the beautiful Beebe woods. Classes will be held every Thursday morning, beginning Thursday, June 24, from 9-10 am, weather permitting.
Kirsten has been studying yoga since 2011 and is certified under Patty Townsend of Embodyoga. She also teaches prenatal yoga and wellness. As a teacher she encourages students to find the vibratory qualities of breath and body as an expression of their being.
Pre-registration is required. Please bring your mat, water bottle and mask!

The house is a rare surviving example of transitional Stick Style architecture, containing beautiful gardens located in the heart of Falmouth, Massachusetts.
