Beth Israel Deaconess OB/GYN Welcomes New Midwife

Midwife, Louise Racine Bastarache, CNM, MS, NP, recently joined Beth Israel Deaconess OB/GYN and Midwifery. Prior to joining BID-Plymouth’s OB/GYN and Midwifery department, Louise worked in private practice for 28 years at the Wareham Nurse Midwives PC. The practice is located at 46 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA.
Louise Racine Bastarache’s interests include:
• Natural childbirth
• Natural family planning
• Postpartum care
Louise completed her education at the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, KY, her Master’s degree from Boston College, nursing degree from Southeastern Massachusetts University and her undergraduate degree from Boston University.
