NMMA 2019 CSI Dealer Awards

Nauset Marine, Inc. is proud to announce that we are a recipient of the annual 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Award for Service. This award is presented to dealerships that provided excellence in customer service for the areas of service in the year 2019.
The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Nauset Marine, Inc. is being awarded because we have effectively met the needs of our customers and provided them with superior Service.
The Award is derived from the feedback of our customers as a part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2019, nationally, 269 dealerships were honored and only 12 dealerships have achieved this honor 14 consecutive years, so we display this achievement proudly.
