Cape Cod 5 Named a Best Bank to Work For by American Banker

Cape Cod 5 has been named one of the 2019 Best Banks to Work For by American Banker. This is the Bank’s second year receiving this award in recognition of its strong investment in employee fulfillment, career development and personal growth.

The Best Banks to Work For program, which was initiated in 2013 by American Banker Magazine and Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes and honors U.S. banks with exceptional employee satisfaction. Consideration for the ranking included a two-step process. First, the Bank was evaluated for its workplace policies, demographics and practices. Second, an employee survey was conducted to evaluate individualized feedback on workplace attitudes and satisfaction levels. The combined scores for both steps formulated the Best Banks list and final rankings.

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.

The program is open to commercial banks, thrifts, savings banks and other chartered retail financial institutions with at least 50 employees in the United States. Full results of this year's program are available at American Banker and the September issue of American Banker Magazine.
