Grant Funded Training Available for Employees


In an effort to support employers throughout the Cape and Islands, Plymouth and Southeastern Massachusetts regions, The Center for Corporate and Professional Education at Cape Cod Community College has been awarded a Small Business Direct Access Program Grant to offer workplace training programs, at no cost, to help your organization thrive and staff members reach their full potential. Training programs are offered in two core topics:
Management Academy Program
This 24-hour intensive four day program is designed to inspire and teach managers to create an increasingly positive and productive work environment by developing as individuals as well as shifting the overall culture in four core areas: 1) Management Essentials, 2) Communication Styles, 3) Optimizing Performance and 4) Results-Focused Leadership. Senior Leadership Program
This 24-hour intensive four day program will provide leaders and executives with the practical skills needed to advance enhance their learning leadership style and provide participants with insights into their own problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication skills. Businesses with 100 or fewer employees are welcome to participate in both programs. Training programs will be offered multiple times in different regions for a limited time. As a grant-funded program, with a proven track record of success, reserved seats in this program are highly sought after.
If an employer is eligible for the Small Business Direct Access Program, the cost of each training program is covered at 100% through a grant subsidy on the Massachusetts Training Exchange. Business are encouraged to REGISTER on the Massachusetts Training Exchange as soon as possible to confirm grant-funded participation.
