Abington Bank Hires Christopher Currie as Vice President of Government Banking
ABINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS, June 21, 2023 — Christopher Currie, of Uxbridge, was recently hired as vice president of government banking at Abington Bank.
Currie has 18 years of banking experience prior to joining Abington Bank, including his most recent roles as municipal client relationship manager at UniBank, and branch manager at Citizens Bank.
He has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from Salem State University, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Boston Men’s Baseball League (BMBL). He is the current commissioner for the MetroWest division of the BMBL.
