East Wind Lobster & Grille is located at the Buzzards Bay Marina on the Wareham line. Customers can dine in their quaint waterfront cafe or outside al fresco on one of the two decks overlooking the Marina. The menu includes the freshest fish available purchased daily from local fisherman and suppliers including haddock, salmon, swordfish, shellfish, and seasonal varieties.
