I have had my taxes prepared by Joe and his team for many years. There has never been a problem with a prepared tax document in all that time. Joe and his team have been helpful throughout the year as well when questions have arisen regarding tax issues.

I've been temporarily living on Cape Cod for the past few years, where I've been consistently frustrated by mediocre services and lack of professionalism across the board, from medical care to vehicle repairs. Carlson & Associates has been a ray of sunshine in what has otherwise been a series of bad experiences. My tax returns, which are complicated by trust income, have included California, Colorado and Massachusetts state filings and I am very pleased with the firm's services. When I return to Cali in 2021, and Joe is willing, I'll continue to work with Carlson & Associates.
